Worst experience with management i've ever had, inconstant office hours, ignored maintenance requests, haven't received a my deposit, its been two months with no update on their part. Moved in to a dirty room that i was promised was cleaned. broken blinds. The hot tub has grass growing out of it and the club house stays locked at all hours of the day. its location, TV, and double fridge's are its only pros.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE WITH MANAGEMENT! For the price, amenities and location, these apartments are very good, however our experience with the management was terrible. Our shower was leaking, and although the problem was reported numerous times, it was never fixed. It was a series of poor communication with management throughout our entire 10 months living there. Every time we went to the office with a concern, we were told something different, and ultimately were told "Sorry, can't help you," with no explanation as to why or how to remedy the situation. We needed to get out of our lease early to accept a summer job, and they wouldn't even give us a break on utilities. We were forced to pay utilities for our empty apartment... When we finally did find someone to take over our lease, we offered them free rent since we had already paid it. Management required us to pay rent AGAIN, even though we had just given them a check 2 days before. We were told our deposit would be sent to us at the end of our original lease, but they lied and said we had changed our phone numbers (I've had the same phone number since I was 16...), and the deposit was paid to the tenant who took over our lease. It was nothing but a nightmare for us, and I truly have never felt more taken advantage of.
