Installer ruined my baseboards and significantly chipped my tile. I was assured it would be taken care of. I never got a return call. Installers also brought children in my home.

Installer damaged tile, and they did a terrible job with baseboards. In the office I was told that it would be taken care of. I followed their instructions,called, and sent text messages. ALL were unanswered, and the damage remains. I have plenty of pictures...

We had Universal Interiors lay carpet at our house. Initially the carpet looked great, but over the next few months we realized that they had done a rushed job and we had bubbles everywhere. After months of trying to get them to come out to re-stretch our carpet, they finally agreed. They initially told us that it'd be covered under warranty, but after the stretching was finished charged us several hundred dollars.Typical bad company - once they have their money, they leave you out to dry. Would not recommend, go with the big guys.

Our school needed new flooring for our reading room. We didn't have the money in our budget to replace it. Universal Interiors came to our rescue and donated the materials that we needed and now our students have a comfortable, safe and enjoyable area to read.I would definitely use Univeral Interiors again they do a good job & give back to our communityThanks
