Purchased on two different occasions. Slow order processing.

Ten days and still waiting for my second order. Will not be buying from them again.

It's obvious why they have been there for 40 years. They are a little odd with their store decor and layout, but it's hours of fun to get lost in this store. They have all the weird woodworking stuff I need.

I ordered and paid for a dovetail jig that was supposed to take about a week to 10 days to arrive. It is now over 3 weeks and still no jig. I'm taking this particular business to Woodcraft in Draper. Otherwise, they are very helpful and have most of what I need to build furniture.

If you have ever run a small business, you can see that these guys do a good job. The knowledgeable and helpful staff has been very kind in helping me get the tools i want (as opposed to the tools they want to sell). I have purchased here three or four times. Each time, I have been very pleased with the quality of tool I received.

I went in to buy an item which they normally sell everyday. just my luck they were out. I ask when will this be in stock next week they said. seeing how it was for me and not a customer I said ok and waited a week. went back in same thing. this time a talk to rich the owner assured me it will be in the next week. next week same thing and rich shrugged me off. I will never go back to timberline again.
