BEWARE!

Damaged my front right fender, Had to FIGHT with them for 4 days to get them to pay for it. Mangers Lied about “Never Seeing anything like this happen before.” Managers asked if I wanted to pay half of the damages that were not my fault. I had to threaten to sue them to get them to pay for the whole thing.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

When I took my car in to the autobody shop and it got fixed I was told “Out of all the other vehicles that supersonic sent in mine was the cheapest repair.”
Excuse me, I asked, what do you mean all the other vehicles? – turns out there were a few other vehicle that supersonic damaged.

I was told that Supersonic sends cars to shops all the time for damages.

PLEASE DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. No one deserves to be treated like this.

I love this car wash. I have a fast pass and I have never had a promblem. they always give my daughter a sucker when we are waiting in line and anytime I have had a promblem, they have made it right. I prefer Super Sonic over Wiggy Wash and defiently over the Quick Quack car wash place.

I would never take a car to this location. I baby my car and hand wash every weekend and then wax it twice a month. I made the mistake of taking my car through after a windy Tuesday when it was dusty and they damaged the paint job. Even though they agreed that the paint was on my car when it went in and off when it came out they blamed the car. They tried to claim that it had "bubbled" from a poor paint job and then "popped" and blew off in the wash. I have hand detailed it enough to know that there wasn't any such thing. I said I wanted them to make it right and I was basically told to screw off by the manager and that I could try to take them to small claims court if I wanted to get anything done. The most appalling thing was that he refused to apologize for the damage.

I find it hard to believe that you've "never seen a car damaged" when you have a pre -made form to fill out for damages done.
