Mr. Sundberg is rude and short with people who ask him questions. He acted bothered anytime we would talk to him as we set up for the funeral. One of the speakers in the chapel was blown and it made that annoying static sound the whole time someone was talking into the microphone. The chapel was freezing and Mr. Sundberg acted put out that we wanted the heater on. He didn't know how to work the tv's for us to play our DVD of pictures. We had to make them reprint the program because the first one they made was obviously discolored. Why wouldn't they take ownership and fix it before we saw how ugly it was? The worst part about using this mortuary was how mad they made the dead body look. The sides of his mouth were turned down so far that it looked like he was scowling. It was extremely unrealistic since the man never frowned a day in his life.

Sundberg-Olpin Mortuary Funeral Home has an excellent team. They made a difficult time for me special and I thank them for everything.

Sundberg-Olpin Mortuary Funeral Home is a very team oriented atmosphere and they work with you and understand how to deal with these things, which is very helpful in tough times.

Given the circumstances, my experience with Sundberg-Olpin was wonderful. They were on top of everything from start to finish. They did a good job adjusting to anything unexpected.

Sundberg-Olpin Funeral Home is great. I was so impressed how much they did for anyone who was there. If anyone needed anything like help, a person to talk with, or anything, they were there and that made me appreciate them.

The staff is made up of some of the nicest and compassionate people I have ever met. They helped me out so much through this tough time. They took care of my son and they knew how hard it was for me and they just did a really exceptional job.
