We first used Watchman in 2008 and were pleased with the experience, so we went back to them in 2009. The Site Manager had changed in the interim, and our experience this time was not good. There was a miscommunication about the billing that we did not discover until we received a "final" notice - actually the first and only notice - with an overdue account and a late fee greater than the rental charge! We immediately contacted the Site Manager and resolved the issue, this time verifying that we indeed were paying for rent through the end of August. Then, well before the end of the rental period, when we tried to access the unit we were unable to due to past due rent. Of course, it was not past due, nor did we receive any notification, and this was after 6pm so they were not available to assist until 8am the next day! We will take our business elsewhere in the future!

I have used this facility for several years now. It's the largest in Utah County and kept up very nicely. I really like that the Orem City Police department does dog drug training on the facility and that there are recording cameras all over the property. The managers are friendly and accommodating.

I have stored in several different places over the years. The service is very good and, like a blanket,.the facility is covered by Cameras



Police officers store there, I've seen them come and go.



The young couple who manage it are very courteous and professional.
