The last time I had a cleaning/exam was April '09 & have had a baby since. One day I had sudden tooth pain, so I searched for a new dentist. Sachs Family Dental showed up when I google'd "best dentist in orem, UT".They take one Xray. The dentist comes in...w/ no hesitation "Yep, you need a root canal. And you have decay on the two teeth next to it. You may need root canals on those teeth too." And that was it.I could go on FOREVER how this guy seemed shady. And how his assistant felt she had to explain to me that he's a good dentist.Sachs did the root canal, still have a temp filling I went to Springville Dentistry today. They did a full exam. Dr. Marshall looked hard at those Xrays & w/ complete confidence said I have 0 decay & no need for even a small filling on the two teeth Sachs was going to do work on. At least this new place will be doing my crown and Sach's won't get anymore of my money! If you go to this dentist ask for a second opinion before he does anything major.
