I went in here one day to ask about an iPod link for my pioneer deck. The guys acted really annoyed, because apparently they don't deal with pioneer. Of all the different decks I've had they are the best IMO. Anyway the next time I went in to get a 30amp fuse, they charged me the same price that I could've gotten three for from an auto parts store( they were out so I had no choice) not that I'm cheap but you'd think they could just give you one based on their cost and what they charge and stuff. Then to top it off, I sent my mtx amp to mtx in Phoenix to be fixed. I got it and it didn't work, so I took it to the warehouse to be tested they told me it had no output. Sent it back to mtx and they said nothing is wrong with it! So I guess the warehouse didn't really test it and just pretended to. I guess if it's my wiring that's f'd up and not my amp it's not going to be the warehouse fixing it. That's thanks enough for wasting my time!!!

I received a Christmas gift from someone from Sound Warehouse and it wasn't something that I wanted. I went to take it back and they infromed me that they had a no returns policy. They said the only thing they could do is exchange it. There were some things that I needed so I asked if they had the things that I needed in stock. The worker went back to look and came back with one of the two things that I wanted and told me that they were out of the other thing I needed. I asked him if there was another store that had it or if they could have it brought in because it was the only thing they had that I wanted. The worker looked me right in the face and told me that he could have it brought in if I paid for the BLANK shipping charges which he said would be $20 for a $15 item. I then asked for my money back and he pointed at the receipt and said it says NO RETURNS on the BLANK receipt. In short the worker then came around the corner and screaming told me to get the BLANK OUT!

I have used this company before and they did a great job on my sound system and that is why i will always go back to them
