I've gone to this place twice and the service I've got was really bad. They are very friendly and nice but they are not professional at all. I went to get my eyebrows done and the first time the girl who did them do them very thin. I was very disappointed because I told them how I wanted them. Second time, two days ago, I went in and the girl put to much wax or maybe it was too hot or she did it twice in the same spot that she let me a big red scar.

Excellent!

I have thick, course and curly hair. It's hard to find people comfortable with my type of hair but Astrid at Salon 21 did an amazing job. She managed my hair well, cut it just as I wanted and knew exactly what to do to manage my hair. She also gave some good tips and ideas on products, and the prices are very reasonable. I will definitely go back and recommend her!
