Provided by YP.comI just called to place a to-go order at Rumbi (beyond my better judgement... my pregnancy cravings got the best of me). I swore I would never ever place a to-go order after holding on the phone for more than 20 minutes last time I called (I held for more than 10 minutes, hung up, called back, and held for another 10 before hanging up)!!! I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt today and just called and was quickly placed on hold for more than 11 minutes before I hung up. SERIOUSLY?!?!?! It is a Tuesday night! It was not a fluke. Rumbi in Orem has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. Some serious training needs to be done or more staff hired! It is very disappointing because we enjoy their food. We will NEVER ever be ordering Rumbi to-go again.
