I went in for a four-wheel alignment and was told they'd call me to pick up the car at the end of the day. Since they wouldn't call and it was almost time to close I went in. When they saw me they brought print outs of the alignment and then they told me that the only way they could do the alingment for it "to work" they'd have to install at least a pair of new tires ( all 4 tires are Goodyear and they are just 2 months old and are under 2,000 miles ). Besides the two new tires I'd have to get them to replace a part that according to their tire specialist the part had never been replaced and since it was an original part it was old and had to be replaced. Bottom line is I went in for a four-wheel aligment that would cost 79.99 plus tax but they wanted me to hand them over $ 500.00 + tax. So, no thank you and I've just promised myself that this is the 1st and last time I ever step into a Rocy's Tire Pros store ever again. I just felt sorry for the elderly ladies that bring their service in to these guys. I bet they get ripped off really bad.

They told me my lower control arm had never been replaced. my insurance proved to me with paperwork that they had paid for the new part. my car would not pass inspection because the lower control arm needed replacing. from a previous collision i had a warranty with a shop, they did not have time to look so they sent me to Rocky's tire pro in Orem. those guys looked at my car for like 3 minutes and told me the part had never been replaced. These guys totally lied right to my face in the attempt to get $305 out of me, that they need was not needed! These guys are a scam! totally dishonest and completely fraudulent! an alignment is small compared to this type of major safety issue.

Took my car in for an alignment today. When I came to pick it up they told me the back wheels didn't need an alignment, just the front tires, so they only charged me for the front. They easily could have just charged me for all four wheels and I wouldn't know any better and would have just paid it. I appreciate the honesty. Nice guys. Prompt service. Highly recommended.
