Horrible! Don't use these guys! I contacted them for sod and they told me they made an order for me and I just needed to pick it up in Orem. My brother drove up there from Santaquin to get it and the gate was locked and they were out of sod. When calling to complain they offered to get me a discount and he would call me in the morning. Next morning no call, after several calls and a text he rudely responded and said if I can't respect business hours he wouldn't serve me! After canceling twice on people who were going to help me because I was promised sod and hard work prepping my land for sod to sit for the weekend I was frustrated. If you want dependability and service at all go somewhere else!

I purchased 3 pallets of sod from Phillips Turf farm earlier this summer. I want to dissuade anyone from buying sod there. I have installed thousands of yards of sod and this was the worst grass I have ever purchased. It was falling apart, it was chock full of weeds and insidious grasses (I can kill the weeds but how to kill the broad leaf and other grasses?) 6 weeks later I am so disappointed that I bought my grass from Phillips.
I would add that the kid loading the sod was very put out that I was rejecting pieces that were falling apart. He was very impatient and did not lift a finger to help me load.

I was told to be here at 9 o'clock that's when they open been sitting here for about an hour waiting for them to open called the lady she said she still won't be here for another half hour. The sod seems to be great services is so-so

We used their sod last year and our grass is so green and plush one year later. So glad I went to these guys to purchase my sod. They are great!

I have no idea what this lady with the bad review is talking about I have been working with the company for years it's the only sod I will use on my jobs. They have a great price and exceptional customer service ill admit I've had a time where the sod was a little died out and didn't look its greatest but they had explained to me that they warranty the sod and they will replace it or spray for totally free. They back it 100 percent and I have never had a complain about the sod with my customers other sod company's I have had nothing but complaints this is probably the most beautiful sod you can get around here for a steal of the deal

I am very pleased and very happy with Phillips Turf I have purchased sod from them for my home now and my previous home and have had one of the nicest, greenest yards in both neighborhoods. They have great sod at a good price and were wonderful todeal with,promt and professional. I would refer anyone to this company.
