Provided by YP.comThe plumber came to my house to cap a natural gas line.
He broke the gas meter so we had natural gas filling our neighborhood. The neighbors had to evacuate for safety and the natural gas company came out to fix the meter. We were displaced from our home for hours, the whole time worried about the possibility of a fire at our home.
The next day the plumbing company did not feel that we were inconvenienced at all. They charged $167 to cap the gas line --took the plumber 20 minutes to do and they did not apologize for the serious inconvenience of the broken meter.
If the company had taken responsibility for the problem at the meter I would have much better things to say about the experience. It was seriously frightening and very inconvenient.
