An arrangement arrived the evening before Mother's Day, a surprise from my deployed daughter in the military. My surprise turned to disappointment as I looked over the arrangement and found old, dried out, wilting flowers and by the next morning they were even worse. They were awful. I'm especially annoyed because I know my daughter would be furious if she knew what they sent in her name. If they didn't have decent flowers, then they should have declined the order but instead took her hard-earned money and hoped I would not notice. I don't have anything good to say about the store or employees who didn't care about the quality of their products.

We went to Orem Floral to get the flowers for my daughter's wedding. They did a great job and were very easy to work with. In fact, they were letting us make additions to the order until about the day before the wedding. The bride's bouquet was so beautiful that my daughter immediately begged to get it preserved. It was everything she'd imagined. Thank you for everything!

Horrible!!!! Order was delivered to the WRONG address. Recipient NEVER received. Owner was rude and unapologetic!!!! No refund or redelivery was offered.

Very genuine people with great customer service. Nice hometown yet professional atmosphere. I would recommend to all of my friends and family and would use again without even thinking about it.
