Yeah don’t pay attention to those first two 1-star reviews. These guys are literally the greatest. So responsive and helpful. Haven’t had a negative experience with them at all. They are so on top of things with keeping the apartments up to date and great places to live. You can tell they actually care about their tenants, not just collecting rent.

I don't know what happened with past people but MVM is awesome. They're one of the few managements that will allow you to only do a FW contract, they didn't make me pay a deposit up front at all, and negotiated my bill way down so it was way cheaper than normal! Also I got married and they allowed me to keep my stuff there during the honeymoon and extended my move out date without paying extra. We were going on a mission for the church for two years so contracted with them to be our property manager. They told us to worry about being missionaries and they would take care of things. When we returned, we found our property in shambles. An expensive glass table was broken and destroyed, a chair was gone, the carpet was badly soiled with a big ugly black stain in the middle of the carpet,, and our expensive vacuum gone. They were awful and I cannot recommend this company to anyone. They collect their monthly fee, but do not do the work promised when we met with them. They should have not refunded deposits to students who did the damage, but apparently they did. We are now left with $1000 to $1500 in damages, but they always charged their monthly fee. I could list several other deficiencies that relates to our service to us, but I think you already get the picture.

Awful. Accuses tenants on false allegations. Clearly violates aspects of BYU guidelines in their management. Targets individual tenants and creates new rules for them to try to agitate them.
