We had a super complicated repair that the staff guided us through each step of the way and even made suggestions to help our computer run even better than the day it was purchased from Apple. I couldn't have been more pleased with the quality of the service or the professional way they conduct business. You know you have been fortunate enough to come across a business that you are happy to compensate them for their work. In the unfortunate event that we need another computer serviced I now have a shop that I trust with their work, their cost and their business etiquette.
