Kinda of same experience as the last review. First got into the store nob employees around and when they finally did come he acted like we were the worst making him work and as soon as we were leaving he was out the back door again go somewhere else

I came in this morning at 10:30 which were the posted hours on the door. I realized I was there just a few minutes after the posted time so I decided I would come back. A half hour later, i longboarded yet again to the shop and it wasn't open at 11:00. So i decided to get something to eat and came back at 11:30 Still nobody was there an hour and a half after opening time. Brandon didn't come in till 12:00. When I brought up that nobody was there and that I was frustrated he stated "it happens man" and didn't bother to apologize.

While it does happen, I would expect more from somebody I have been going to for 2 years. The reason he has had such trouble is because he doesn't put the customer first. I'm going to continue to go because it is the closest to my residence but I have been very disappointed with the customer service on several occasions.

As far as the shop, it is really great. Always is in stock and has a very interesting and wide selection.

Step it up Brandon, or hire someone to be there at opening time. I'm sick of this.
