Everytime I have come here, I have found a great deal. I am about to come and find my 4th bed in 10 years......not cause the others did not last....they are great still and firmly in use. And I lost the King size in the divorce. But I need a king again.

great deals shopped everywhere and haaga mattress prices was the lowest salesman sold me a adjustable base but then reffered me to there sugarhouse location for a custom mattress for $99 what a great deal did there financing program also the were priced the best that we even found online

I placed a special order for a mattress from the Orem store--one without fire retardants and with the organic cotton material. First, the wrong mattress was delivered. When I called, i was told there was an error (obviously) and my mattress would be made and delivered in a week or so.

The correct mattress was finally delivered. However, I think the guys making it must have had a real laugh at my expense when putting it together. Yes, it had the organic cotton material on it, but it came REEKING of glue--with no exaggeration, if I'd stayed in that bedroom for even 30 minutes, I don't doubt I'd have been asphyxiated. I hadn't gone into the bedroom for an hour or so after it was set up, so I didn't realize the power of the glue until later.

When I called the Orem store, I was told to "open the window and have a fan blow on it." It was literally a full week before I got to sleep on it...while I slept at a friend's, and my bedroom window was open and 2 fans blew on the mattress as it was propped against the wall.

The 'firm' feel of the mattress I tried in-store, was now a definite hard feel. But added to that, there was NO CUSHIONING along the sides of the mattress--the springs poke out all around it.

I wrote the company and copied the Better Business Bureau, but I'd passed the 30-day "testing" period and never heard from Haaga. The BBB did write to let me know they'd sent Haaga a letter, but It was, obviously, ignored.

So, if you're going to purchase a mattress, I'd suggest you go to a more reputable store--do NOT believe Haaga's advertising!

Went in didn't know what to think the salesman was great not push at all and very helpful. Prices are great. was able to take the mattress that same day. Would Highly recommend.

This place is TERRIBLE. Not only did they make me wait way longer for my mattress to arrive, they also sent us home with the WRONG mattress, We went to the American Fork location but they still were boneheads. We ordered a queen size memory foam mattress on Wednesday and they said it would be here the saturday of the same week, so saturday rolls around and still no mattress so i call them and they said it would actually be there the next thursday, so thursday comes and i call again and they say that they lost my receipt, when they finally find my receipt they inform me that it wont be here until the next monday. On that monday I had to call them and they tell me it was in all day, so my dad goes to pick it up and they send him home with a KING size mattress. Really? I've now been sleeping on an air mattress for 3 days because of those idiots. they are supposed to come switch out the mattresses tomorrow but who knows if that will even happen, THIS PLACE SUCKS.
