My family was traveling through on our way to Texas when we started having car trouble. Gary came out on a Saturday evening to fix our car, it needed a new alternator. We paid $500 in cash. The car worked for one day. When we got further along on our trip the car was losing power, all warning lights were on , air conditioning had stopped, navigation system wasnt working. We got it home and I took it in to our regular mechanic. He told me that the alternator (that Gary was supposed to have replaced )was the original alternator. That had been spray painted to look like a new one purposely meant to mislead us into thinking it was new. The engine also had silver paint residue on it. My mechanic was as disgusted as i was with the lack of integrity, and has saved the alternator to prove Gary’s deception. Losing money is bad , but was the worst part of this is he knew we had to get back to Texas and sent us on our way with a broken car in 104 degree heat. Complete dishonestly!! Do not do business with this man. In car repair or his air conditioning business called “ All About Comfort”. I called Gary twice before writing this review and my calls went unanswered. My hope is to save someone else from being scammed.
