Cheap shoes, cheap people. My husband bought me 2 pairs of shoes for my birthday, I went to return them the next day because they were the wrong size; Only to be told they would not return them or give me store credit because they were on clearance. Legit thieves!

Worst customer service ever!!! The girls working in this store are soooo rude!! Return policy is ridiculous who the wants to buy shoes from somewhere you can't return them or where if you do return them you can only get store credit but you can't actually get the full amount you paid on the shoes back! Plus they have a bunch of little teenagers running the store and managing it who treat people like dirt!

horrible return policy and horrible shoes they will fall apart the next day and they are poorly made go to charlotte russe, burlington anywhere else. rude staff... don't waste your money there

I had the same problem, wore the shoes once but they fell apart the same day--contacted store and could not get any help until I insisted on speaking with a manager.. like the shoes.. but it's too bad you have to go to the top to get help

I had a very difficult time trying to return an unworn pair of shoes to the store, the employees were unhelpful and kind of mean. I contacted the owner and he apologized and made good on the exchange. It's a good store with interesting inventory with good prices, but if you have any problem you may want to avoid the employees and go straight to the top. Overall, a pretty good store.
