We have been in the area now for 4 years. When I call these companies to come and clean our carpets, we have always been told they are IICRC certified. When the technician arrives, he is not certified. Again today, this has happened. I talked with Michael, the owner, and told him we had been a certified carpet cleaning company in Northern California for 20 years and about our situation here for the past 4 years. He told us he would come up to do our carpets or would come with the technician. And that they are all certified. Well, he is not here and the technician is not certified. He is very nice and professional but, lacks a lot of knowledge. Again, my husband is here to help him clean in a certifiable manner. It is very disappointing to be promised something and then it is not delivered. Also, to pay for work done and you are helping to do the work. I thought we had finally found our company.

I called them to clean up after a previous carpet cleaner that did a terrible job. Dream Steam left the carpets residue free, soft, and clean. They are a little more than other bids I received, but they did a great job. They were professional and prompt. I would use them again.

After my dog urinated on my carpet I loaded it with home rr melodies that didnt work. Michael came out and cleaned it. Because of all the b as king soda I had poured on it it didn't wuite come out. I called dream steam again and he came right back out and worked really hard to get it clean. It is nice to have someone who backs up his work . He did a great job.

I had my vents and my carpets cleaned by Dream Steam. They were so patient and kind to my dog who kept sneaking in the house to see what they were doing. The amount of dust and dog hair they removed from my vents was shocking! So grateful to have clean air and clean carpets. Thank you!

Just had Dream Steam clean my carpets yesterday. I usually use Zerorez but tried Dream Steam and they got out stains that Zerorez never could and were half the price. I found myself a new carpet cleaner. You guys rock!

Didn't clean my carpets well. Light pet urine in a few places and they couldn't get that out. Called six days in a row and the owner has yet to call me back. Go somewhere else.
