WARNING!

WARNING! Be carefull and test everything that Shawn horrocks says! Don't work here! Shawn is very smooth with words and will flatter you to decieve you. Don't fall for it. Be sure to find out why he has no employees, ask around! Talk to the tool guys in the area, nearby shops, rocky mountian radiator, and former employees ask for their honest opinion. Please dont just be a sucker for money because it isn't there. Take notice of the pattern in his speach, he has nothing good to say about any of his former employees ever, and the next one could be you. Maybe you are desperate for a job, and Shawn is desperate for a Tech. But please consider this warning. Think of why companys have high turn over rates. He may be good with coustomers but he is horrible with employees. As for Shawn when you read this I hope you you don't think i hate you, because i don't. You Need to see it as a call to change. you obiously did not listen when i said it to you in person, so maybe this will give you a little more time to calm dawn and think about it. You need help, and I fix cars not people. The only thing I can do is pray and i will continue to do so for you and you family.

I don't usually write review but I'm taking the time to write this one SO YOU don't have to go through the same I did. STAY AWAY! Took my car to a different place, they told me a needed to replace the compressor in my car, a friend of mine told me to use these guys and I deeply regret that! I took it there and they told me to replace a the expansion valve, I did, still didn't work, then they replaced another part, still nothing, then they finally replaced the compressor, they CHARGED ME EXTRA for an extended warranty, I paid extra, I drove 1700 miles to Indiana for the summer and after spending A LOT OF MONEY (Replaced 3 parts + labor + warranty + A/C Service) the A/C worked only for 2 weeks!! I'm 1700 without A/C, I called them, they tell me to take the compressor out and ship back to Utah, a local mechanic removes the compressor and finds a 30" long screwdriver stuck between the compressor and the radiator (how can you forget a 30" screwdriver there??? - no wonder the compressor broke in 2 weeks!), I spent another 40 dollars sending the compressor back plus compressor removal fee, they simply tell me they can not honor the warranty because the compressor is damaged. NOW I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER PERSON TO REPLACE THE COMPRESSOR AND RE-DO EVERYTHING. Bottom line: - Replaced compressor, replace 2 other parts, paid for extended warranty, paid for the labor, for the A/C service, for the shipping of the compressor, for the removal of the compressor + taxes on the top of everything and still have to pay someone else to re-do everything!! You have been warned.
