I was kind of hesitant going in just because I'd never done it before, but the staff was SO professional and SO organized in the way they did things. I was a first time donor so they took the time to explain everything and the way it worked and WHY we were so important for our donations. It even took an hour longer than it should have for my process due to short staffing that day, but even so I felt WELL accomodated. The staff were friendly, they compensated me extra money, a box of chocolates, and a box of pizza for it taking so long! Maybe that won't happen to everyone, but I would absolutely recommend the Orem Donation center where I donated.
