Bassett furniture is awesome! Great customer service and excellent quality. We bought a Stearns and Foster mattress here that is the most comfortable mattress out there. The delivery guys, Chanler and Justin, were also awesome and very helpful and great to work with--definitely couldn't have set up the mattress without them. If you're looking for a great shopping experience from start to finish, go to Bassett furniture!

It isn't often you walk into a business and be put at ease as though you are a long lost family member and you have clearly been missed ... this was just in the first five minutes of entering the store. I loved the entire experience of going into Bassett and deciding on the type of table and chairs I wanted in my home. Katie was incredible, taking me through the process of building my table while making the choices and helping me feel comfortable and self assured as a guest in her store. Her easy going manner, humor and smile put me at ease from the time I walked in the store. I left feeling like the time in the Orem store was worth every dollar I had just spent on my beautiful new table and chairs. The men who delivered the table and chairs were very cordial and extremely careful when they brought it into my home. They called the weekend prior to the scheduled delivery and the morning of the delivery to make sure I was expecting my table. They took the time to show me how to extend the table which was very helpful. When the table was delivered it had a small but noticeable crack and chip on the edge of the center seam. Like it had been bumped or something fell on it. The delivery man took pictures of them and said someone in customer service would be contacting me soon ... but I haven't heard from them yet. Bassett, in the past has been very quick on making things right and correcting any problem with the furniture I have ordered for my home so I am sure I will hear from them soon.

I walked into Bassett Furniture with the hope of finding an upholstered chaise which I hoped to use in making a spare bedroom into my personal sanctuary. I had some ideas in my mind for this, but didn't have a clear plan. Toni came to my aid. She showed me how I could order a custom-made chaise just to my liking, and that delivery time would only take about 4 weeks. She listened to my ideas and sketched out a plan to my room specifications, and showed me various other pieces of furniture that would work with the plan. She even gave me the paint color for the room. I ordered several pieces to go in my room and they have all been delivered. The result is better than I could have imagined. I still have a few more pieces to add to my room as I can afford them, and am grateful for Toni's continuing help.

I had a very positive experience buying furniture from the Bassett store in Orem Ut. All the salespeople were pleasant but not pushy. Jeannie helped me choose from a huge selection of fabrics and showed me how to try them out on different styles on the Bassett website. She also let me know about a sale, so I was able to buy custom furniture for the same price as ready made. The pieces are exactly what I ordered, and look to be high quality. I hope they last a long time. The delivery men even hauled off my old broken couch. I'll be shopping there again!
