From keeping the contracts full and collecting the rent, Armstrong Properties does everything and at a great rate. I literally lift a finger just to read the monthly statements they send and check to make sure the direct deposit has made it into my bank account.

They truly make my life so much easier. I don't know why I ever thought managing the townhouse myself would be a better option. Definitely use Armstrong Properties if you want a reliable service to maintain all aspects of your rental properties.

John and Armstrong Properties are truly a great investment and I plan on using their services as long as I own the property. And if I buy any other other properties in their area of influence I will be informing them of the new place.
