I would definitely suggest never going to this shop. Every time I've had to try and deal with and they've been nothing but rude.

If I could give 0 stars I would, DO NOT do business with these scum. I bought a car about month and half ago from Phil, the owner lets him do basically all the selling. I bought the car off a KSL ad that he claimed to have 74k on the mileage of the car. its a TDI Jetta so it was a very good deal, or so I thought. I buy the car and mysteriously just that day gets back from Ken garf and he said the instrument cluster was bad in the car. It had been switched out with another cluster that had 130k miles on it. But he swore up and down that the car had 74k on it showed me a cluster that had that and ken garf paperwork to prove it. It seemed legit so I went forward. He showed me a carfax report and showed me every part EXCEPT the miles on the car. I didn't even think to look at it because of the prior paperwork he had shown me. About a week or so after owning the car the damn thing blows up and I have to get it towed back. He pulled a sneaky move by selling it to me "as is" and saying it was my fault and he put miles "exempt" on the paperwork, to cover his bases. So I'm like what the hell do i do now...Anyways I get back on ksl to find the old ad, I can't find it but I stumble upon another TDI jetta after about an hour of lookin for my ad, that piece of *hit Phil tried selling that car about a month before I bought it for the same price pretty much but that car has 260K on it, same exact VIN as my car! Then I called my friend who also sells car sure enough that car has 260k on it and he never disclosed the miles to me...obviously. Now the guy won't return my texts, totally playing the dumb card as if he didn't know about this ad, but his name was and number was on the previous ad that had the car at 260k. Seriously stay as far away from this place as far you can...

Do NOT get any vehicle from this horrible, dishonest place! They buy crappy, broken down vehicles from auctions for dirt cheap, clean them up a bit and throw it on their lot! They don't do any sort of inspection to make sure the fluids are good, the battery is good, or any of the little details are decent. We took one car for a test drive and the battery died on us! We had to call them to come jump it! Then the car that we did buy from them, had CRAZY old oil and a filthy filter, they didn't check ANY of the fluid levels or quality. Then our battery died 1 week after we bought it! They buy crappy cars and just reuse parts from other cars to fix ones they are trying to sell as a half-assed fix. Everything they have on their lot is a lemon and they WILL oversell you by thousands! They sound like they are going to "hook you up" and will distract you will small favors but in the long run you will be paying far more than you planned to. They will not be in business much longer they way the run things.

Do not do any business what so ever with this place. Liars, cheats, piles of poop plain and simple. Will not keep their words. Tell you they'll fix that funky sound in the car then don't and you're out 5 grand.



Go to a reputable dealer, not these piles of sh**!
