I recently had my faucet outside break and it was shooting water everywhere. Only way to turn it off was to turn off main water to the house. I had never used Any Hour Services, but thought I would give them a try. We made an appointment for the next morning. The appointment was confirmed later by the office, and I received a call again the next morning letting me know when they would be there. Russell and Austin M. showed me what was wrong, why, and gave me a quote. I also asked them for a quote on a new hot water heater. They showed me all that that would entail and why. Russell also noticed that the carbon monoxide pipe on my furnace was not at the correct angle. He fixed that at no charge because he didn't feel it was safe. Russell was professional, friendly, and knew his stuff. Austin was apprenticing under him, and obviously has a good teacher. I appreciate their help very much, and will be calling them soon to get my hot water heater replaced.

I had a sink that I simply could not unclog, no matter what I did. I have a maintenance plan with this company, and consider it money well spent. They sent out a drain technician (Andrew A.) who is as professional, smart, and competent as all the other people who have helped me over the years. I work at home and am usually alone during the day, and it is VITALLY important that I feel comfortable with maintenance people who come into my house. Any Hour Services has never failed me.
