I found Advantage Auto because I had been told the work my car needed. I shopped around and they were able to give me the best rates. Because of their excellent work, I am done shopping around and come there for all of my car needs.

I was also referred by Discount Tire. They did a good job on alignments so I went back when I needed a new starter. Claimed they were trying to save me money by just doing the starter and not the pressure plate ($30 part). Didn't work and they charged me all the labor to do it again even though they were in there once and didn't fix it.Also took it in to fix an oil leak. They replaced an oil pan gasket for a fortune in labor and when I had drips on my garage within a couple days they said "There was a leak up above - we always knew that." Maybe - but they never told me. I wanted the leak fixed that was smelling up the engine when hot, so the upper one seems the one they should have fixed and then said I could use a new gasket as well. They then offered to spend several hundreds more to see if they could track down the "other" leak that I brought it in for. Smooth talkers, so watch your wallet if you go there - which I wouldn't recommend.

I drive from south Provo just to use these guys. They are upfront and honest. I was referred to them by discount tire. I have use them for alignments, brakes, scheduled maintenance and oil changes on both of our cars. Not sure why they would have such bad reviews on here. They do great work and have great prices.

These guys are awesome, very knowledgable and very nice. The main guy inside Dan was very helpful about describing the problems i had. thanks guys and i will be back and refer all my friends.

I had a crankshaft sensor replaced at Advantage. They charged me $189. I found out later that the sensor costs $17 at the auto parts store and you could change it quicker than changing your oil. I wouldn't go there again if my car died right in front of the shop and it would cost me $200 to have it towed anywhere else.

I had a crankshaft sensor replaced by them. It's a $17 part at the auto parts store and is easier to change than your oil. I didn't know all of this when I had them work on my vehicle but I know now and know that they aren't honest.

These guys are the definition of dishonest ! They gave me a list of $1,000.00 worth of repairs and when I took my car to another shop the list was much smaller and much cheaper. Stay clear of these crooks!!!!

I have been taking my car here for about 3 years and they are the best automotive place I have gone to. They are honest other car places I have gone to lie to me because I am a girl. But they have always been honest and are well priced.
