6/6/2014 (4:10p.m.) "Dad" Patchen was just at my home to give me an estimate on some electrical work and all I can say is that he was beyond rude to say the least. It was as if I was bothering him by asking for an estimate. I abruptly made him leave my home. If he speaks this way to other potential customers; then I hope his potential customers list dwindles down to zero.

The rudeness was uncalled for. Only gave the business 1 star because I had to in order to save my review.

The power went out in my daughter's room and I couldn't figure out what the deal was. I had my dad and my brother come over and look at all of my outlets and lighting fixtures to see if they could figure out what was going on and nobody seemed to be able to figure this thing out. So I called Dad Patchen on a Saturday and they came out same day to troubleshoot. The guy was very thorough and checked everything that he could find and anything that we asked him to. He was over for about an hour and a half and unfortunately couldn't find anything so he had to come back on Monday. On Monday the problem (which was a bad connection inside the wall) was solved and it has worked great ever since. What I liked about the guy was for one he was licensed and insured, he took the time to answer all of my questions, he didn't see to be in any kind of a rush, and he treated my property with care. My only complaint is that they were not able to fix the problem same day. But the job was done right and in the end that is all i really care about.
