Took the car in for the "free" tire rotation and was told that it would be done within 45 minutes to an hour. After an hour I inquired how much longer it would be and was told there were 2 cars ahead of ours. I asked for my keys back and left. No appologies, sorry it was taking so long, not even good bye. It appears that once they have sold you their tires, this location isn't worried about standing behind their customer service.Would never go back to this location or recommend them to anyone. I'm sure Les Schwab would not approve of this poor service.
