My experience with Game Star is very up setting. They don't have a clue at to what the policy or procedures are. They don't have know who their managers are or when they work. They are very rude. If you have a complaint, they talk about you in to other customers while you are standing there. When you ask for a simple and decent result to being treated fairly, they kick you out of the store, tell you to never return and threaten to call the police. There is nothing unique about the store. The service is very poor and the clerks are extremely rude.

I dont know what the other reviewer is talking about. Everything is priced here the same as similar stores for the most part. This place gives way more trade-in credit than other stores. They give you 50% of what they sell it for and a whopping 80% if it is 3ds, ps4, xbone, or WiiU. Not best place to get cash for game, but definitely best place to trade-in stuff! CD game exchange and Game Stop barely give you anything for your traded in games, here they give you a lot!

We really like this store. They have always been more than helpful and their prices seem really fair. I have been to other places that offer store credit for trade-ins and this offers the most by far. They are also great with returns if you have any problems. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful as well. And friendly.

This place is a joke and a huge RIPOFF!!! Go to CD Game Exchange right up street.



Not competitive at all on anything. 1 of many examples: I went and looked at a used N64 game. They had 6 of this one game. WAY overpriced, the manager argues this a collectors item(not a game), I offered slightly less since game exchange is less money for same item. He says no chance since its demand and basically wants to try and screw someone. Stepping back and saying ok its a collector item, you have 6, so its not rare by any means. So let's see condition, some games good condition and 1 so bad it had sharpie marker and doodles all over, and same price. I'm sure from experience they paid a buck for it and are just out to screw people over. Rather then taking my money and make a big profit, they rather sit on 6 games and be broke.



Don't waste your time and money, they will be out of business like every other dump that came along and tried to do the same. They bashed cd game exchange saying they don't know what they have, in response to them be cheaper... Well guess who is still in business while these others come and go..

Ok. I used to go to this store quit often, but the new manager is all about taking the customers money. I walked in the other day with the Star Wars complete saga on blu, Zombieland on blu ray, and Resident Evil Retribution on blu ray. All 3 were hardly ever used, and in really good condition. That a$$hole decided that he was only going to give me 15.00 cash for all of that? F**k you. They're nothing but money grubbing sons of bi***s. They half the retail price, and if you want cash, it's another 50% off the sell value. But they deduct those numbers from each individual game; not the total cost. The store is a piece of s**t, and the manager probably wipes his a$$ with all the money he is sucking out of each customer.
