Very inconsiderate. Decided to tow a car in a residential neighborhood at 3:30 am on a Tuesday. Some people have to work in the morning. Nice job waking everyone up. Jerks.

Would not recommend. My recent experience with Clackamas Towing was very poor. The car involved was towed from an accident by Oregon State Police towing rotation. The driver was transported to the hospital. The next day I contacted Clackamas Towing and spoke with Mark. He refused to allow the owner of the car to remove any personal items from the car until he was guaranteed payment of his tow bill. Prior to speaking with Mark I had obtained the claim number for the fully covered car from the insurance company. Mark advised me that even with the claim number for the accident, he would not release anything from the car until he received confirmation from the insurance company of payment or I paid for the tow in full. Mark was rude and unprofessional while I spoke with him on the phone. I called Oregon State Police towing coordinator and spoke with them. They advised that a towing company CANNOT deny access to emergency personal property such as medications, identification, wallet, purse, checkbook, keys, child safety seat, etc. The insurance company did speak with Mark and he did finally allow access to the contents of the car and was just as rude as he was previously on the phone. If I ever have the need for a tow, I will not be contacting Clackamas Towing and I will request that if I am in an accident to have someone next in rotation if Clackamas Towing is the company that would be contacted to tow my car.

Can't be trusted to do the right thing. Was quoted one price by dispatch but the driver would not let the vehicle off the truck without paying almost 40% more.

When I confronted management about the issue they were ambivalent to this credibility issues and unwilling to make it right.
