Jessica is the best!

My partner and I met stylist Jessica when she was a student in beauty school. Jessica is so friendly and talented we followed her to Avanti. We like her so much that we travel from Hillsboro to Oregon City every few weeks to have Jessica style our hair. We love you, Jessica! Keep up the great work!

I give this no stars. I took my chances in June and had an appt with 'Tia' a fairly new out of school stylist a young girl.

My first experiance was great she cut and styled my hair the way I wanted her to and she did all over color with highlights I was so pleased on how my hair looked, But then a month and a half later I went back this time was a complete disaster. I went in for a cut and style and a 'grow out' color. She took 3 and 1/2 hrs as opposed to the 2 hrs the last time she re did everything, kept the bleach on too long because she was busy texting her friends, did not check it during the procedure so when she washed and dried my hair it was a ORANGE! brassy mess, when I told her what she did she went back to darken it which only did a little correction.

My hair was like straw, then she went to cut me hair only taking tips off the ends and not giving me the inch off I asked for, finally I had it ! my time had run and after feeding the parking meter which is another AWESOME thing about this location I had run out of coin. I had a class to go to that night (which I missed thanks to her) I paid her (God know's why) left my jacket , Francesca called me on the phone to say she would "fix it" I told her I'm not having any of touch my hair again when I got into the car I ran my hands through my hair and two handfulls of hair dry and bleached came out! I had to go home and cut the dried mess back. The next day I had to go and get my jacket they were all sitting there smug saying"oh I think your hair looks great! not only were the highlights brassy but the were only in the front and not the back.



Stay away from this place, its too hit and miss and they just don't care and will lie to your face. Am I mad? yes I am cause now I've got to fix this mess.
