To begin with, the other two reviews I just read are so different with any of my experiences there. First of all, is the place dirty. NO Is it new NO.I have never had a problem making an appointment and almost always everyone there that I have delt with has been business like and very courtious. Getting to the doctors, I have only seem one , Dr. J> Simon. He was recommended to me by a very well respected physician in our area. I have seen Dr. Simon at least a dozen times over the years and he has been very caring and very interested in my well being. He ,at one time repaired my knee at Nyack Hospital and always kept us informed of what was going on. FIVE BIG STARS TO THIS DORTOR, and four stars to the rest of the operation.

If you are looking for a nice and clean doctors office with "on time" appointments with "friendly" doctors, keep looking. My 1st appointment was with Dr. Berezin and he spent all of 5 minutes with me and was absolutely unfriendly. i felt like I was bothering him. The fool that I am, I went back a second time and asked for another Dr (Simon) and he too seemed bothered and not really interested. Terrible bedise manner for both of them. The place is dingy, borderline dirty. I will not go back nor should anyone who reads this.

You have to be kidding.. This ...

You have to be kidding.. This is a Dr's office. After the line being busy for the better part of a hour to make an appointment, finally someone picks up and asks me to hold. Another 5 minutes goes by and I'm disconnected. Try again and this time I get to speak to a person who is only interested in the insurance card and confirms I have a Cigna card makes an appointment. This is 3 days after the ankle ingury and a visit to the hospital.

In short have to wait another day to see the Dr. and I get there only to be turned away because they do not take that version of Cigna which I did tell them I had on the phone to start with.
