I worked with Russel to find a rental and he was quick to respond and great to work with. He scheduled quick viewings and helped me find a rental that was perfect for my family. He helped us to get in when we knew there were tons of applicants he did everything he could for me to secure the place and I did. Very professional and kept in contact with me the entire time.

We had an agreement to go month to month on our lease after until we found a house. We had been renting the current property for a year and a half. When the time came and our lease was ending we were pushed into giving a decision on weather or not we were going to resign a lease or get out. Luckily we found a house within a week, but we needed to stay an extra two weeks after our lease ended because our closing was not until the middle of July. The "manager" finally agreed to this, but then the next day rented our property to another couple for the beginning of July instead. Now my husband and I, with our 4 year old and 5 month old have to stay in a hotel and store our belongings for two weeks! On top of that when I asked about getting the deposit back, seeing as now we have extra expenses we were not anticipating, I was told I would get it back after the carpet cleaning and any repairs or painting needed to be done. When I originally moved into the condo, the carpets where disgusting and had stains all over them, there where holes in the wall from the wall hangings of the previous tenant, there was and still is different gloss of paint on all the wall through the entire condo, blinds that I originally asked to be replaced because they were old and the metal roller was rusting so can't open the blinds, just a list of these items. Of course now the time comes and they don't have the inspection list from when I moved in! To add to this, I have been asking for somebody to come look at the a/c for days b/c it isn't cooling like it should and is constantly running, do you know how hot it gets in Florida? Luckily in a week I will not have to deal with them anymore, but from what was a great experience from then I worked with Sarah Coffee to the new manager it is awful.

Good luck to anybody who has to deal with this and make sure you get everything in writing. Verbal agreements apparently don't mean anything to some people, even if it means putting a family out!
