Rented a storage unit. The staff were great from the truck rental to the storage rental. I didnt know about all the services they had to offer. They are open 7 days a week which is great, never had any problems when I needed to get into my storage unit. The manager went above and beyond to make sure I had the right size storage unit.

Went to have a hitch installed. They hooked up the wiring for the trailer fast enough; however, when they went to install the hitch they were not able to do it, the threads where the hitch went were coated with surface rust and paint from the manufacture. All it needed was for the threads to be chased with a tap to clean them out--they did not have any taps--really not set up to effectively install hitches. I went to several places myself hunting a tap, spent all day with no hitch installed. When I asked for a refund of deposit the manager finally did agree to give it back; however, kept telling me he did not have to that my frame was all rusted out. The installer told me later it was just surface rust and was okay. I went home and got up and looked under the vehicle with close inspection and there is no rust. The threads are dirty and have paint covering them from the manufacture of the vehicle. Self tapping bolts would have done it. I would give zero stars but did not have a zero star selection. They also ran my battery down from leaving the door open all day, I had to get my wife to bring a battery charger from home. Recommendation; Go to a "real" hitch installer.

The people here went above and beyond to assist me with my every need. If I wasn't moving away, I would only use this location for my moving needs. The storage facility was amazing! Location is easy to find and get in and out of.
