Called them late last night ( dire emergency) and they were on the job in no time. Very polite, professional and fixed the problem quickly. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank You Dustin from Maxwell Plumbing.

Was very pleased that this company was able to come out the same day to give an estimate which turned into them completing part 1 of a 2 part job. They completed the job in about an hour. The work looks good. There were a couple of things I was disappointed with. I was a little upset when the gentleman asked me questions about the work, he responded in plumber verbiage that i didn't understand. He seemed a little annoyed that I wasn't following what he was trying to ask. I was also upset that I was given a hourly rate by phone. When the work was completed it then turned into 1 1/2 times the amount given because a second gentleman was present. As well I was charged 30 minutes extra for their travel time, which was not disclosed over the phone. PLEASE BE AWARE they charge for travel time. I live in the area they service.

The employees I dealt with were great, they understood my sense of urgency to repair the toilet in our rental property. They went out same day to give a free estimate, took my call and answered all questions even after hours, and offered to return the next morning to fix the toilet. They would have even done it same day if I would have requested it. They were true professionals offering several choices and corresponding prices so I could make an informed decision. They dealt with me about the price and I left it up to them to schedule the repair with the tenants. The tenants thanked us for fixing the issue so promptly and for sending such professionals. As an out of town landlord it is great to know I now have a local, dependable, go-to plumber on my team.

Cory was Fantastic. Price was way better than competition! Took care of everything, locating, planning, permiting. Communication was excellent, always knew what was going on, when job would be completed and answered all my questions. Will bend over backward to ensure you are happy and satisfied that the job is complete to your specifications!

Rick showed up when he said he would and promptly did a nice job. I appreciated the rapid response on a Saturday, solving a situation I couldn't due to the design of a nearly 40 year-old toilet. He explained why readily available big-box and hardware store parts wouldn't solve the problem. Glad he knew what to do since I had thrown in the towel on my efforts.

Never showed up! I should have gone with my gut when they mentioned an extra charge to come to my area (Saint Johns) from Orange Park? Just tell the customer you don't service that area, Better yet, put it in YOUR AD! Whole afternoon wasted!

I have found a new plumbing company that all of my business will be going to! On the same day I called, they were out and fixed my tenant's sink for a most reasonable rate (on the low end of what plumbers throughout the US charge). Definitely five star.

I was in need of plumbing repair for my home and from the moment I called until the point the repairs were taken care of, I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received.
