I will make it very easy for you - DON'T USE THESE GUYS! Wish there was a negative star option. Horrible Experience and never ending pain for our family. For this contractor or any contractor you must talk to not only past clients, but also current clients - Don't make the same mistake we did. For this contractor or any contractor DON'T PAY CONTRACTOR DIRECTLY AND EXPECT THE CONTRACTOR TO PAY SUBS OR MATERIAL SUPPLIERS. On a scale of 1 to 10 we give a (MINUS 5)

The work was good, the planning is poor. This company is an accumulation of subcontractors, and a few unhappy employees. We were fortunate to get a new hire in charge of our project. Nevertheless, if you don't stay on top of it, it is bad news. Our final project FAILED county inspection THREE TIMES because it did not match the cookie cutter plans he submitted. Bottom line: we are happy with the project, but the process was daunting.

Please get references before using this contractor. We did not get any references before choosing to work with this company. Without threatening litigation and filing a credit card dispute, we would have been out our deposit money after legally canceling the contract within terms. Be careful of whatever he tells you. We cancelled our original design. The owner promised to hold our check while we redesigned. He lied to us and cashed the check before we approved any redesign. At that point we had to pursue disputes and litigation to get our money back.
