I was very impressed with the professionalism and caring attitudes of both the front desk staff and the veterinarians and techs. I now take both my dogs there for treatment and I have been extremely satisfied. All treatments are carefully explained. The cost is much less than other clinics I have used. One of my dogs just had surgery to have a tumor removed by Dr Broadhurst. He is an amazing surgeon.
It is a busy place and you can expect to wait for a normal appointment, but I think the wait is worthwhile.

Awesome people thank you front desk clerk we're awesome! They went above and beyond to help me out and I don't know how to thank them!

This clinic is such a loving caring facility. I had to have my dog put down yesterday and Dr Blackwelder along with the help was so compasionate and loving. They were so gentle with my dog Buddy.
Thank you DrBlackwelder for making it a little easier for me to let go.

I took my mastiff in after he had been in the ER on wells rd they took such great care of him and didn't pull punches with me.,That he was very sick , and we took him home after they had him on an IV all day. I didn't want then to lie to me and they didn't. They treated me like he was the only patient there! I just have to say Thank you so very much

The staff is disgustingly rude! I have never stepped foot in that place. I picked up the new client form to fill out . It was snatched out of my hand and I was told it wasn't my turn. I think it could have been said nicer! then I was told I needed something to pick my cat up in or they wouldn't give me my cat! are you serious?! I understand safety matters but I expressed I don't have anything and was told a pillow case would do... um!!! I have no words for that. my opinion is .. the staff could use some lessons in manners! I've never had a problem with the vets but the staff could really be replaced and it would be a better place!

Do you want to deal with the WORST most UNPROFESSIONAL office staff in America? If so, Clay Humane is the place! I give them one star and that goes to Dr. Christian Broadhurst:)! Having to deal with the "front desk clerks" is a nightmare.. HELL! If you can tolerate being talked to in the rudest manner by the girls in the front, once you make it to the back your in Heaven:) Dr. Broadhurst is the BEST! But as of now, I've had all I can take:(! I now drive from Clay (which is right around the corner) to Jacksonville (another county 45 minutes)

office manager seemed to be cold hearted when I tried to get my cat Delilah in on emergency. This cat was special. We had her for 19 years. All 4 of my children grew up with her. She had an appointment the following day, but passed away before we could get her in. The office mgr said that she had no record of Delilah being there before. Which seemed beside the point of her being in pain and or suffering. I realize they are busy, but these are pets.
