I ordered my wedding dress online due to time constraints. When it arrived, the fit was not great. I went to Alteration Location, and they were able to not only make my dress fit perfectly, but they also made so much stress go away. They finished the dress SO much faster than I expected. I could not be happier with their work, their professionalism, and the amount of care they put into their customers.

Been using this Alteration for over 20 years always best service and work is always as I requested.

I have been an Alteration Location fan for fifteen years. They are friendly, helpful, timely, and do excellent work. I recommend them highly. Mary, in particular, does exquisite work. They are always wonderful!

They were quick, affordable, professional, friendly, and Peyton did a wonderful job altering my wedding dress! I had it altered several times where I bought the dress and still was not getting the result I wanted. I took it to Alteration Location to get another opinion. What the previous tailor said was impossible and not recommended, Peyton was able to do with confidence. Highly recomended!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Alteration Location. I have used them over the past 5 years for various things – prom dresses, hemming pants, swim suits – and they have never let me down. My most recent experience was one that I will never forget and will forever hold dear to my heart. I took in a baby blanket that my mother and aunt had made for my daughter when she was born. She loved this blanket nearly to death – and I mean that literally – the backing on it was torn to shreds and nearly all the batting had come out of it. Surprisingly enough, the front of the blanket was still in pretty good shape. I explained to Sharon Horton how very special this blanket was and that I wanted to have it redone for my daughter’s upcoming 22nd birthday, on 9/11!! Sharon was so wonderful!! She was clearly touched by the emotion of this occasion. She took on this challenge with the most loving and caring spirit. She even took it home and worked on it on her own time for me. My daughter cried when she opened up the blanket and saw that it was better than new again. Thanks from the bottom of my heart, Sharon-you are truly one of God’s angels!

I wanted to send you this letter to serve as a thank you, a referral for other customers, and to let you, your present employer, and any future employers know what a jewel that they have in you. Everytime I look at my wedding pictures, I think of you. I looked amazing in my dress all thanks to you. I went to 5 supposedly expert Bridal seamstresses before I came to you. I was told that the alterations could not be done and still keep the integrity of the dress. One said it was impossible, four of them wanted to completely alter the back of the dress, and one of them actually wanted to hack into my train or send me on a hunt for matching fabric. All of these plans and suggestions were unacceptable, overwhelming and dauntless to me, and would have cost me more than I paid for the dress. I was feeling hopeless, so I began to pray. Our first meeting and fitting went better than I ever imagined. You said that you could match the material easily with fabic you had in stock and you quoted me a very reasonable price for the alterations. Everything went so well in fact, that I was a little bit skeptical after the huge discrepancy of what I was hearing from you compared to others seamstresses in your profession. You put me at ease and calmed my fears. I left your shop that first day having complete confidence in you and knowing that the Lord had led me to you. The dress came out so beautifully. Everyone whom I have told can't even believe that the dress was altered. It was simply flawless. You possess a special God given gift and talent for what you do. You also possess the knowledge, manner, passion, and compassion to comfort others and aleviate the stress, anxiety, and fears that Brides can and do experience in wanting everything to be just right. As far as I'm concerned, you are a miracle worker, because the job you did on my wedding dress was nothing less than miraculous! You simply blew me away and without a doubt you have blown away all the competition. It is of my strong opinion and experience, that the quality, value, and personal touch of your work cannot be matched. I plan on bringing any and all future alterations to you. I emphatically recommend you especially to ANY AND ALL BRIDES, my friends, and anyone who reads this. Payton, your expertise and craftmenship are a treasure and you are simply a rare and precious gem.
