My family spent over $75 tonight on a meal to go last night. Since the family has special allergies, we ordered a couple of the dinners special. One dinner came completely wrong....so we called to have it fixed. We picked up the "fixed" order and it too was completely wrong. I drove back to the store and asked why they would not replace the meal after the person on the phone was completely rude to my wife when she called back about the replacement dinner being incorrect. The shift "leader" was completely disrespectful and refused to help us any further. They just saw the last cent from my family & friends. Too bad I can't give them 0 stars.

My husband and I love the place. The staff is super! They are anxious to please and always add extra of any of the toppings I request. You can't beat Moe Monday when any burrito is and drink is only $6.49. Any time I ever asked for extra chips, they gladly gave them to me.

They really went down hill,Nothing has flavor not even the salsa. They were Stingy with the chips and they can't say welcome to moes right, Not going back I'll stick to tacobell.
