Eddy Senez Jr came to my home on March 6th and provided an estimate for the replacement of a patio roof. I discussed it with my husband and after one minor change we decide to go with this company. At that time I was told he would drop back by within the week to provide me an updated contract to sign; that was never done.

I was told the job would be completed within 8-10 weeks. At wk 11 having not heard anything from the company I gave them a call and was told there would be an additional 2-4 wk delay but was assured my job will be completed within a month.

After another two wks I still had not heard anything so I gave the company a call again. At that time I was told weather delays were the issue. I was told another 2 wks. I called them every 2 wks to check the status of my job. I never contacted by them about delays or issues.

On June 26th, I contacted the company and request to speak to Mr Senez to discuss the job. I was placed on hold for approximately 10 min and then told he was unavailable. I requested a call back. That did not happen. I called again on 6/27 and magically the delays were because of materials. I expressed my confusion as to why I was never told that was an issue in the first place. I got no answer. I requested a call back from Mr. Senez and again did not get one. I called again on 6/28 requested a call back, surprise no return call.

I called the last time 6/29, and requested to speak to him again. I was told he would be on vacation until Tuesday. At that point I told the office staff that I would require a refund for my deposit and no longer needed their services. She proceeded to threaten to not refund my deposit because materials had been ordered but she would let Mr Senez know on Tuesday when he returned. I asked if he had a cellphone or was reachable and I was told he does not have a cell.

DO NOT use this company!!
I have wasted nearly 17 weeks waiting for work that he clearly never intended to do.

i been waitting for my job to be done for 4 months i pay more then 50% at front i was told 6-8 weeks and now we are on my 16weeks and they dont even know when my job will be done ...sorry mom i guess it wont be ready like i promised for mothers day

Don't let other reviews fool you. The fact that these guys have been in business for over 35 years and only have a few bad reviews speaks volumes. People who are happy don't usually take the time to write a review. I wanted this out here for those who are looking for a good aluminum company. Ed and his crews stand behind their work. No, I'm not related and had never met them before I hired them. I hired them because they've been in business for 35+ years and had been highly recommended by a local. I wanted to know they weren't going anywhere like some of these other guys. They did a great job installing my gutters and they looked great. They even put in some curves around the house that other installers said, couldn't be done. (that's what 35+ years of experience can do). After some time a small problem developed that wasn't there at the start and was due to no fault of him or his team. Some people may not have even noticed it, but I did. When I called about it they sent someone to look at it and then worked me in to their schedule even though they were backed up due to the rainy weather. I admit I had to be patient because their crews were spread thin and the rain kept setting them back, but they kept their word and came through. They were there when I needed them and fixed it to my satisfaction! The crew he sent was very polite and respectful and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. Thanks Ed !

I agree with the first reviewer in every way and more. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY...RUN FOR YOUR LIVES!

Excellent courteious company. No wonder they consistently win the awards for Best Aluminum and Screening companies in West Volusia.Wonderful experience!
