I am very disappointed with the experience I had with Atchley Appliance service. The gentleman that came to put a new belt on my dryer was very nice I have no complaint with him. But I am an 82 yr old lady on a fixed income and The cost to fix the belt was outrageous. When the belt only cost 29.95 and the bill was almost 200.00 that's just too much. How can a service charge be 90.00 when I was told they start from my area that's why I had to have an AM appointment. I would just love to get 60.00 for less than an hours work. Needless to say If I ever have to have any repair work done it won't be with ATCHLEY APPLIANCE. I will order the part and fix it myself and I will certainly tell anyone else that needs repairs done not to use ATCHLEY.
