I have been going there for years, and recently had a not so great experience with an individual cashier that left me pretty angry. Today however, I heard from the owner who went out of his way to apologize, and make things right, never once mentioning that I reacted in a not so mature way myself. This speaks volumes to me, and while I have always found the staff to be helpful before, i appreciate them even more now! I am so happy to feel free to go back to "my helpful hardware store". Thank you for reaching out Richard Anderson. You have my utmost respect, and i love to support out local businesses!

I have been buying in this store for years and am very satisfied with the service, the CRS"s, the stock variety, the overall store arrangement and cleanliness of the premises. In addition, all employees are by far best mannered and helpful than many other giant hardware stores in the area. Keep up the good work guys!
