The air conditioner leaked, soggy carpets and mold. IEC cleaned up the mold, replaced flooring and drywall, painted and left us pleased.
Price was reasonable, timing was prompt and job was completed with minimum disruption. Thanks Hank.

He diagnosed our mold problems swiftly, came up with a fair & reasonable estimate within hours, & worked with our scheduling difficulties to complete the job quickly & cleanly. He even offered us the option of doing our own painting afterwards for a discount off the estimate! Through it all, Hank was affable, easy to reach by phone & email, & a pleasure to talk to. He accepts all forms of payment, so we were able to spread out the expense over several methods. We highly recommend this company, & were very impressed with its owner! Stellar all around!
