Ok so I originally had spoke with Jeremy Bay back in Sept of last year and he was very explanatory about how this company operates and that he could help me to see what I could pre-qualify for so I could make plans for the future. Well I got handed over to his "supervisor" Jazmine who took all my info ex. Check stubs, account statements, etc. And said she would contact me back.. well 5 months roll by and still no call or email. I sent numerous emails and messages with her with no reply and couldn't even contact a human at the direct number. Finally got a hold of Jeremy and he informed me that she had left the company and apparently no one felt it necessary to contact her case load and inform them. So I resubmitted the same paperwork to Jeremy about 2 months ago and have yet to hear back.. I am very uneasy about this because I shared alot of sensitive information and now I'm going to have to setup identity protection in fear that this is a fake company that will do potential fraud under my information. Very disappointed. Please use a different company if you expect results

They listen to individual suggestions and take action when it makes good sense. The loan officers look out for the best interest of their clients, sometimes suggesting that they buy a less expensive home so that they won't feel the need to reduce the kids' soccer/dance/extra activities once they are in their home. Truly great people - looking out for truly great clients!
