I phoned Michael’s after hours on Thursday and was able to leave a message regarding our washing machine. He promptly returned my call the Friday morning and was able to have the machine repaired by 8:30 am! He was very knowledgeable, professional and personable! We are very pleased with Mr. Sylvester and would have no hesitation calling him again for any appliance problem and we would highly recommend him to anyone!
