They called and scheduled to install my ice maker and never showed up. I called several times and no answer, finally someone said they would look into it and call back, no one called me back. Called Frigidaire and they called with no answer so set me up with another company. I called Brignacs back and someone answered so I told them the issue and they said they would call me back and never have. So they have my ice maker from my warranty, but haven't tried to resolve the issue of not showing up or returning my calls.
