If you just want service with no customer service, they're your company. Absolutely horrible customer service from the office manager to the service manager. They care about your comfort is their motto, but I think they just care about your money. Not your time or your circumstance.

Poor customer service, took eight visits and three months to properly repair my AC. Later got some extremely rude phone calls from owner trying to get me to take down an online review. Save yourself some hassle, call someone else
