Provided by YPmobileMost of the employees have no idea about the electronics they're selling I have more luck just researching on my phone in the store and ask my friends. They are unprofessional (screaming and making jokes across the store and the cashiers joking and taking forever to ring me up). I find myself constantly leaving best buy angry and unsatisfied.
